With more than 20 years of experience in the architecture industry and 13 years as a registered architect, Blake has delivered a considerable number of projects across residential, education, health, seniors living, retail, commercial, defense, and master planning disciplines.

Blake enjoys the challenge of finding the optimal solution that each project's set of requirements brings and enjoys developing this in collaboration with the client, consultant, builder and authorities.

​

Blake typically works on intricate, large-scale projects and fulfills a project lead, design manager or project director role, with a particular focus on, design, coordination and communication. He also provides a depth of knowledge on construction detailing, standards and lateral solutions to project requirements.

Blake is experienced in stakeholder consultation, consultant coordination, and contract administration support. He enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver quality outcomes.

Blake acknowledges the current industry challenges and provides a depth of knowledge for options to adapt to market challenges. He has a thorough, hands-on understanding of value management, alternative procurement methodologies, risk reduction, and current market supply and demand issues.

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PLACES IN THE WORLD

Hard to pick but if I had to, I would say the German pavilion in Barcelona was something of a life experience. The city is beautiful, the people are great, and the pavilion is an amazing piece of modernism.
