Glenalva Terrace

Located close to a transport hub in a northern Brisbane suburb, this three level development is designed to meet the Liveable Housing Design Guidelines Gold Standard requirements. Containing 10 one bedroom units and associated communal recreation spaces, the building is intended to provide ample opportunity for resident interactions and engagement. The building entry, located adjacent to a public laneway and framed by a trellis structure and landscape seating, allows for casual surveillance of the laneway and pedestrian movement. The building form is striking, and viewed from all aspects, will be an interesting insertion into the streetscape.

Construction is currently underway, with completion expected in the last quarter of 2018…..watch this space.
